*Responsibilities:*

* *Leadership:* Direct and monitor nursing assistants, ensuring high standards of care and task completion.
* *Training:* Assist in the orientation of new LPN/LVNs and nursing assistants, maintaining top-notch care standards.
* *Communication:* Regularly communicate observations, suggestions, and updates to the Nurse Manager or Director of Nursing.
* *Patient Care:* Provide direct care, including procedures such as catheter placement, colostomy care, and more.

*Ideal Candidate:*

* *Qualifications:* Graduate of an approved school of licensed practical/vocational nursing.
* *Licensure:* Current license, in good standing, as an LPN/LVN in the State.
* *Experience:* One year of nursing experience, showcasing dedication to professional nursing standards.
