Requirements: 
  • LA License
  • 2 years' experience
  • Malignant Hematology/BMT experience or oncology experience
  • EPIC experience 
  • Will accept Oncology Experience (ONS Chemo Certified) and orient to BMT
  • ACLS, BLS, NIH
  • ONS chemotherapy/immunotherapy course
  • CPI preferred

  • May float if BMT census drops

MALIGNANT HEMATOLOGY/BMT EXPERIENCE OR ONCOLOGY EXP REQUIREDWill accept Oncology Experience (ONS Chemo Certified) and orient to BMT
