Job description

Seacoast Spine & Sports Medicine is looking to hire a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant

Our practice is a multidisciplinary practice focused on improving the quality of life for all of our patients. You will work as a member of the rehabilitation team providing high quality care. You will treat a variety of orthopedic conditions using state of the art equipment under the supervision of our Physical Therapist.

Job Responsibilities:

Help the Physical Therapist in all aspects of patient care

Under the guidance of the Physical Therapist , perform therapy techniques/exercises

Assist the Physcial Therapst in patient handling, treatment and management

Carry out techniques and exercises prescribed by the Physical Therapist

Keep Physical Therapist up-to-date on changes in patient progress

Educate the patient on continuing care .

Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) qualfications:

Graduate of a Physical Therapist Assistant program ( accredited)

Physical Therapist Assistant License

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

Monday to Friday
Night shift
Weekend availability

Education:

Associate (Preferred)

License/Certification:

Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (Preferred)

Work Location: One location
