The project manager will use his or her skill set to facilitate the successful completion of global cross-departmental projects. This position will require working in individual and team capacities depending on project size and depth. This role is high visibility and high impact, and will offer exposure to all levels of the business.

Responsibilities
  • Planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within a set budget, timeline, and scope
  • Effectively monitor and present project updates to stakeholders and team members
  • Collaborate with team members across the organization
  • Function as a lynchpin across departments as a facilitator by soliciting, advising, and forwarding critical information to appropriate parties
  • Work with project sponsor to develop business cases, where necessary, for additional resources
  • Utilize data and risk-based decisions through the project life cycle
  • Identify roadblocks, identify solutions, and escalate to management for resolution when required
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives as assigned
  • Other duties as needed with new initiatives

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree from accredited college or university or comparable work experience
  • 2-3 years' experience as a project manager

Physical Requirements:

Ability to operate office equipment such as a copier; ability to see details at a close range; ability to sit at desk or PC for long periods of time; work in office setting.
