What we are looking for:
- Education: High School or GED required
- Licensure / Certification: Approved Pharmacy Technician Certification. Active registration as a Certified Tech with the Ohio State Board of Pharmacy
- Experience: 2 year minimum experience, 3-5 years of experience in hospital pharmacy preferred.
- Effective Communication Skills

- Thorough knowledge of principles and practices of supervision and onboarding
- Thorough experience in all pharmacy operational areas; proficiency with internet based applications
- Excel preferred
- Ability to prioritize workload, manage deadlines, organize and review work of other
- Demonstrates attention to detail, accuracy, and thoroughness in ana effort to continually improve quality and safety.
What you will do:
- Oversee technician training, development, including identification and correction of deficiencies
- Reviews and assists with the establishment of operational policies and standard work instructions
- Assists with monitoring regulatory compliance (quality assurance, safety, USP 797/800, USP 795, joint commission standards, etc)
