Position Summary: We are currently seeking a Full Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our home health team at a building-specific location in South Naples. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality, compassionate care to patients in their homes and ensuring their safety and well-being. Responsibilities: * Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of patients' health status and develop individualized care plans * Administer medication, treatments, and other nursing interventions as prescribed by the patient's physician * Monitor patients' conditions and provide necessary education and support to help them manage their health * Document all patient care activities in accordance with company policies and regulations * Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care for patients * Communicate regularly with patients, families, and caregivers to provide updates on the patient's progress and address any concerns Qualifications: * Current Florida RN license * Home Health Experience required * Minimum of 1 year of experience working as a Registered Nurse, preferably in a home health setting * Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team * Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to patient's homes This is a full-time position with competitive salary and benefits.
