RN Schedule, Details about this position: * 72 biweekly night shift hours. * 48 hours weekends/schedule, 24 hours of Friday/schedule. * Shifts 7p-7:30am, 6:45pm-7:15am, 6:30pm-7am, etc. * Tier 3 - Float to all 3 Regions, compensated at $85/hour * Eligible for shift differentials: * Weekday Evening $4; Night $5 * Weekend Day $1.50; Evening $5; Night $6 Regions: * North: Jefferson Torresdale, Bucks, Frankford, Abington, Lansdale, & Einstein Montgomery * Central: Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, Jefferson Hospital for Neuroscience, Methodist, Einstein Philadelphia * East: Jefferson Stratford, Cherry Hill, and Washington Township ED Unit SEAL RN Qualifications: * Bachelors degree in Nursing * State issued RN license, active and good standing; RN PA and NJ required. * Minimum 2 years RN ED experience required. * 5+ years RN ED experience highly preferred. * Trauma Nurse Course in the State of Pennsylvania, BLS, ACLS and PALS are required. All SEAL RNs: * Hired as full time staff - 12 hour shifts; 72 hours per pay period * S.E.A.L staff will be hired into shifts based on business needs of the specialty services. * Full time benefits are available (Center City Benefits, including Paid Time Off and Retirement) * Will be eligible to work additional SEAL RN shifts and are eligible for OT pay * Currently SEAL RN's will not be eligible to maintain per diem status in other cost centers * SEAL RN's will be identified as Enterprise Resource RN's and deployed via smart square * Will have the ability to self-schedule shifts on rolling 23 day time period * Work holidays based on a track system that they sign up for at the time of hire Benefits include, but are not limited to: * Comprehensive Medical, Dental, & Vision Plans * Retirement Plans * Tuition Reimbursement * Health Coaching, Commuter Discounts, Day Care Services, etc. Conditions of Employment Covid Vaccination is a requirement for employment at Jefferson for employees working at Jefferson's clinical entities or at the University.
