Brightstar Care is seeking an RN Nurse Supervisor in a fast-paced Home Care agency, serving clients in Hamilton, Robbinsville, Princeton, Trenton, and neighboring towns.

*Job duties:*
* Support and assist DON in clinical operations, including compliance and quality improvement.
* Provide thoughtful care to clients & patients based on a personalized Plan of Care.
* Case management- New client assessment, Plan of care, follow-up, and re-assessment
* Monitor and track changes in the client/patient's conditions and needs, and keep the Director of Nursing and any other appropriate personnel informed
* Proactively updates client/patients' family on plan of care, health changes, and concerns
* Participates in field staff training and orientation
* Driving to client homes as needed

*Clinical requirements (including but not limited to):*
* High-tech nursing
* IV insertion and Infusion Experience
* Blood sugar testing
* In-home blood draws and injections
* Elder care management
* Medication setup, administration, and oversight
* Tube, drain, and bag maintenance
* Vital signs
* Wound care
* Vaccine Administration

*Requirements:*
* New Jersey RN license
* 1 year Home Care Nursing Experience
* Valid NJ driver's license
* Valid car insurance

*Work Remotely:*
* No
