Our staff provide flexible, individualized programming and are dedicated to meeting the needs of our students, their families, and the public school systems.

We have an 11- month school year (202 days) and are located on a beautiful campus in *Braintree, MA*. Our team works with students individually and in small groups to support their full engagement in academic, vocational, social, and recreational activities that promote skill development, emotional well-being, and movement towards graduation.

*What You'll Do:*
* Work with the Head of School to facilitate the day to day operations of the school and ensure a cohesive and unified school community.
* Facilitate daily scheduling and assigning staffing positions across campus to ensure appropriate coverage. You will supervise milieu staff, observe and support staff in classrooms, and provide backup as needed.
* Lead daily team meetings to review details of the day and set staff up for success.
* Work with the Campus director to oversee the implementation of our school wide positive behavior support system.
* Provide consultation and support throughout the course of the day regarding behavioral support needs for both staff and students and reinforce staff and support students in making progress towards goals.
* Utilize data to drive initiatives and provide trainings for staff and students focused on data and behavior support topics.
* Serve on the administrative team to establish and maintain program policies and procedures.
* Work collaboratively to enhance and effectively utilize our in-house Student Information System.
