Registered Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team. The ideal candidate will have experience in critical care and a passion for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in the ICU setting
- Monitor and assess patients' conditions, implementing appropriate interventions
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and adjust patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Operate and monitor medical equipment
- Educate patients and their families on disease processes, treatment plans, and post-discharge care
Requirements:
- Valid RN license
- Minimum of [X] years of ICU nursing experience
- Experience in pediatric intensive care (PICU) is preferred
- Proficiency in Neonatal ventilator management
- Knowledge of infection control practices
- Expertise in acute care and acute pain management
- Familiarity with family planning services
- Ability to work effectively in an inpatient setting
- Collaboration skills to work closely with doctors and other healthcare professionals
