Pay:
$24-$26/hr
Schedule:
Trainings will be on 1st shift:  7AM-3:30PM Monday-Friday,
Regular shift will be Monday-Thursday 3:15PM - 1:45AM

What’s a typical day as a Welder? You’ll be:
• Welding materials in strict compliance with written procedures to aerospace standards
• Performing proper set-up and calibration procedures for all equipment and accessories
• Ensuring that every machine procedure is done in accordance with the strict guidelines of the company
• Meeting part cycle times and performing in-process inspection in accordance with company procedures
• Inspecting the work area and machines used during the day prior to leaving at the end of each shift
• Following all company safety protocols
• Maintaining tooling in good working order and performing required tooling maintenance

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a high school diploma/GED (Associate degree preferred)
• Have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on Aerospace welding experience in Tig welding
• Possess strong basic math skills and have a proven history of working with gauges, calipers, and other inspection equipment
• Are committed to quality, safety, and communication
• Are a team player
