Some things our Nurse Practitioners love about working at Milan: * No Overnights * Closed on 7 Major Holidays * Free Laser Hair Removal * 2 weeks Paid Training * Certified on Milan's state of the art Laser Responsibilities: * Perform all laser hair removal treatments within Milan Laser established treatment protocols and procedures * Educate patients on laser hair removal process and pre/post treatment care recommendations * Work autonomously with clients to achieve their medical or aesthetic hair free goals * Collaborate with the clinic team to achieve company goals * Provide a friendly and comfortable environment by delivering world class patient care * Record clear and accurate medical documentation in patients EMR on a tablet device * Ensure a professional clean work environment; to include prepping the treatment room in between patients * Clean and perform minor maintenance on the laser to ensure proper functionality * Collaborate with Regional Clinical Specialist/Practitioner and Medical Management Specialists, as needed, regarding patient treatment plans Requirements: * Active, unencumbered NP license * Active ANCC or AANP national certification in family medicine specialty * Out of state travel for training may be required * Passionate about providing excellent patient care * Ability to work 38-40 hours per week, including rotating Saturdays and evenings * Exhibit exceptional communication skills, both verbal & written * Ability to maintain highly confidential information * Be able to stand for up to 9 hours a day * Be able to lift up to 50 pounds * Be able to visually assess the clients skin and use visual abilities while operating the laser * Be able to operate a laser and computer/office machinery (required use of hands, fingers, arms) Benefits Include: * Medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance within 30 days * 401k retirement plan with vested employer match * Paid time off starting immediately * Employee and spouse or legal partner receive free laser hair removal services * Professional liability insurance provided * Laser Certification on our state of the art laser * CEU reimbursement * Annual allowance for scrubs * Commission opportunities * Career advancement opportunities To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
