*** $20,000 Sign on Bonus for experienced Cath Lab Tech Eligible New Hires with 1+ years experience***Position SummaryThe Cardiovascular Technician is a crucial role at MultiCare, responsible for providing technical support during a variety of diagnostic, therapeutic and interventional procedures. In this role, you will ensure quality care, with a focus on the comfort and well-being of patient and family.ResponsibilitiesYou will perform direct patient care activities under the direction of the Cardiac Cath Lab / EP Registered NurseYou will maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe environment in assigned procedure roomYou will perform required Cath Lab specific documentationYou will assemble, disassemble, and operate specialty equipmentRequirementsCurrent Washington State Radiologic Technologist certification or as a Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist or currently enrolled and in second year of an Invasive Cardiovascular Specialist programRCIS or commitment to obtain within 6 months of employmentCurrent AHA, BLS and ACLS CPR certifications at time of hireNote: All staff have the opportunity and are encouraged to use the Computer Based Cath Lab Orientation 12 week module program as a tool to become registry ready

Pay and Benefit ExpectationsWe provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $41.34 - $65.15 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
