You will be responsible for helping develop components of the strategy and roadmap for a specific are of the mobile app, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of our customers and aligns with business objectives. Your role will involve close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, design, engineering, analytics, and marketing, to drive the success of the app. Leveraging your strong collaboration and communication skills, you will foster a data-driven decision-making culture to achieve successful outcomes. This is a high-impact role for someone with solid mobile app experience - where you will lead initiatives that directly contribute to customer satisfaction and business growth.Key Roles and Responsibilities:Strategy, and RoadmapDevelop and articulate a clear product area strategy for the myAT&T Mobile app.Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap for your area that aligns with business goals and customer needs.Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions and identify opportunities for innovation.Communication & Stakeholder AlignmentServe as the primary point of contact for all product-related communications with stakeholders.Foster strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and support for product initiatives.Present product updates, strategy, and performance metrics to executive leadership and other key stakeholders.Writes user stories and sets the product direction at the team level; OR writes features and sets the direction for a group of teams; OR writes epics and sets the direction for multiple groups of teams.Prioritization & Data-Centric Decision-MakingUtilize data analytics to inform product decisions and prioritize features and enhancements.Implement and manage a robust prioritization framework to balance short-term needs with long-term goals.Continuously measure and analyze product performance to identify areas for improvement and drive data-driven decisions.Participate in sprint planning and support feature refinement, addressing questions and providing guidance as needed.Act as a subject matter expert and acknowledged authority within the organization for assigned product(s) or product line(s). This career step is assigned complex products or product lines.CollaborationWork with Design, Engineering and Analytics counterparts, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.Support cross-functional teams to execute product plans effectively and efficiently.Champion a customer-first mindset across the organization, ensuring that all product decisions enhance user experience.Customer AdvocacyAct as the voice of the customer, ensuring their needs and feedback are central to the product development process.Engage with customers through various channels to gather insights and validate product concepts.Develop and implement strategies to enhance user satisfaction and loyalty, ensuring the myAT&T Mobile app remains user-centric and highly valued.In this role, you will be instrumental in driving the success of the myAT&T Mobile app, ensuring it continues to deliver exceptional value to our customers while supporting our business objectives.Job Contribution:Lead Level product management expertise.  Technical knowledge around mobile app lifecycle and technologies a plus.Education:Required: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering or other related field.Required Experience:5-7 years of product management experience in consumer facing digital products with specialization in B2C applications.Experience in mobile app capabilities, mobile app deployment lifecycle and a deep understanding of nuances between iOS and Android.Senior level product management expertise that layers a strong customer experience strategy on top of your technical expertise.Candidate should be capable of building bridges between the technical aspects and user-centric aspects of the mobile app experience to drive strategic frictionless experiences that maximize the technical capabilities of the AT&T Flagship Mobile App.Our Lead Product Manager, earns between $143,800.00-$215,800.00 USD Annual, Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers.
