Title - RN House Supervisor

Location - Salem, MA

Shift - Evening (15:00 - 23:30)

Pay Rate - $100/hr. on W2 all Inclusive

*RN House Supervisor Eves/Nights Rotate*
* This position is responsible for the daily operations of the Patient Care Services departments, working collaboratively with the Admitting Office and overall hospital functions on off-shifts, weekends, and holidays.
* Interacts with nursing/patient Care Services staff and staff of other departments to facilitate patient care.
* Provides administrative and clinical support to the nursing staff primarily on off-shifts, weekends, and holidays in the absence of the Clinical Nursing Leadership.

*Skills Required: *
* Must be able to read Tele Strips, perform Cardiac Drips, titrate meds.
* Effective verbal and written communication skills.
* Excellent interpersonal skills necessary to deal effectively and courteously with a diverse group of people.
* Ability to quickly gain competency in various hospital software applications.
* Demonstrated leadership abilities; able to work under stressful situations; able to effectively work in a
* changing environment. Advanced clinical skills and demonstrates strong decision-making abilities.

*Experience Required: *
* 3+ years advanced Med/Surg Tele experience.
* Preferred: Critical care nursing experience.
* 3 years relevant healthcare experience required, including progressive leadership responsibilities.

*Education Required: *
* Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
* Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or equivalent.
* Licensure: Required: Current Massachusetts RN license (in good standing).
* Certifications: Required: Current BLS.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $100.00 per hour

* 8 hour shift
* Evening shift
* Night shift
* Rotating shift
