Delaware North purchased the historic Boston Garden in 1975 and later constructed its successor, TD Garden, and neighboring The Hub on Causeway, both of which we continue to own and operate. As New England’s largest sports and entertainment arena, TD Garden is the home of the storied NHL’s Boston Bruins and NBA’s Boston Celtics franchises and hosts over 200 events annually with over 3.5 million visitors.

  • Provide positive, polished, and prompt customer service to Boston Garden Society clients and guests at Bruins and Celtics games, concerts, and other events.
  • Build professional rapport with clients who visit TD Garden often for events.
  • Welcome guests to Boston Garden Society clubs and lounges by confirming access and providing a wristband.
  • Maintain exclusive access to clubs and lounges as necessary by checking tickets and wristbands throughout the event.
  • Be a subject matter expert on all things Boston Garden Society, including guest amenities, food and beverage offerings, activations, and more.
  • Handle client and guest complaints in a professional manner, escalating to management as necessary.
  • Communicate confidently with clients and guests in-person and via phone during events.
  • Field incoming phone calls from suite clients and guests with various requests, relaying such requests accordingly.
  • Collaborate with various event day personnel (Boston Garden Society, Ushers, Security, Concessions, Housekeeping, Building Operations) to ensure the smooth operation of events.
  • Execute service recovery when necessary, by providing guests with resolutions to issues as directed by management.
  • Surprise and delight fans to ensure we provide them with best-in-class experiences while at TD Garden.
  • All other duties as assigned by management.  
  • Experience working in customer service in a fast-paced environment preferred.
  • Must be a positive individual who will always Think Guest and work hard to ensure unforgettable experiences.
  • Must be able to work a minimum of 50% of events in each calendar month including nights and weekends.
  • Must be an outgoing person who is comfortable working directly with a high volume of guests and clients.
  • Must be willing to work under pressure to solve problems in a quick and efficient manner.
  • Ability to perform simple tasks independently after being given specific instructions.
  • Must be able to work in loud environments with flashing lights and lasers.
  • Must be able to push or lift light weight objects.
  • Must be able to push wheelchairs and other assistive devices.
  • Must be able to use a radio with an earpiece.
$17.00 - $17.00 / hour
