Shift Availability for ADON:
Full-Time, Salary
Mon-Fri Days
Some schedule flexibility required due to needs of the facility
On-call rotation responsibilities

Responsibilities of ADON:
Assist DON with the overall management of the nursing department
Supervise staff
Ensure quality care and effective teamwork
Responsible for managing all staff development and training
Responsible for infection prevention and control procedures
Responsible for leading quality assurance program.

Requirements:
Qualifications of ADON:
Current RN license in good standing; required
Bachelor's degree in Nursing, preferred
5 or more years of recent nursing or clinical experience (including management level roles)
Current knowledge of state and federal regulations pertaining to long term care
CPR certification
Positive interpersonal skills
Strong communication and organization skills
