Registered Nurse (RN) - PACU/Pre-Admit/Pre-Operative

Job Description Surgery Center As a Registered Nurse at North Okaloosa Medical Center, you'll play a vital role in doing what you do best - providing quality care to our patients. Position Purpose: * The Registered Nurse functions as a member of Surgical Services workforce and is responsible for the delivering high quality healthcare during all aspects of Pre and Post - Operative Care. * The Registered Nurse uses the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation, patient education and discharge planning needs. * Responsible for directing, coordinating all nursing care based on established clinical nursing practices. * Collaborates with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes. * Reports to the Clinical Coordinator and/or Surgical Services Director.
