Description

  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure efficient delivery.
  • Coordinate closely with designers, subcontractors, and suppliers, particularly in the area of high-end millwork and finishes.
  • Implement and maintain structured processes to streamline project execution.
  • Ensure quality control and compliance with NYC construction standards.

Profile

  • A strong background in luxury residential interiors, with hands-on experience in high-end millwork and finishes.
  • Proven ties to the NY and Miami construction industry, either through previous roles or work with companies like Sajo or Taconic.
  • A process-oriented mindset, excelling in project organization and attention to detail.
  • No requirement for a formal degree but extensive practical experience in luxury residential construction.
  • The ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver projects that exceed client expectations.
