We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our dynamic team focused on promoting and selling solar energy solutions for residential customers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for renewable energy, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers within the residential sector.
Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels such as door-to-door canvassing, cold calling, and online marketing.
Conduct presentations and provide detailed information about the benefits of solar energy systems, including cost savings, environmental impact, and government incentives.
Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by actively seeking new business opportunities and closing deals.
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to represent the company and expand the customer base.
Maintain a thorough understanding of the solar industry, including technological advancements, government policies, and market trends.
Provide regular updates and feedback to the management team regarding market conditions, customer needs, and potential areas for improvement.
Requirements:

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the renewable energy or home improvement sectors.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade customers effectively.
Strong negotiation and closing skills, along with the ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for renewable energy and a commitment to promoting its benefits.
Familiarity with solar energy systems, their installation, and maintenance is a plus.
Willingness to travel within the region and attend industry events as required.
Flexibility to travel as required for business development purposes.
A valid driver's license and the ability to pass a background check.
