Shift: Days / 7a-5p, 10x4, 40 hours per week

Length: 11 weeks

Requirements:

  • Must register with the state to work in the state
  • 1 Year Experience
  • HS/GED
  • AHA BCLS
  • NBTSTSA or NCCT
  • 1 year of experience in a surgical setting preferred
Other Details:
Regulatory Agencies the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA) as a surgical technologist for associates working in Colorado.  A person performing Surgical Tech functions within the scope of another clinical Colorado License, certification, or registration does not need to register as a Surgical Tech.
COVID-19 Initial Shot(s)               • All workers, including remote, must be fully vaccinated.               • Fully vaccinated is defined as 2 weeks after the completion date of a                              o 1 or 2 dose monovalent vaccine series, or                              o 1 dose bivalent vaccine                • Exemption for Medical or Religious are reviewed by the client and must be completed using the Centura COVID Exemption form located in Egnyte.               • Pfizer, Moderna, J&J, AstraZeneca and all World Health Organization accepted vaccine manufacturers are acceptable
