Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients based on the application of scientific nursing principles
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to provide comprehensive patient care
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Monitor and document patient's vital signs and medical information
- Assist in diagnostic tests and procedures
- Educate patients and their families on disease processes, treatments, and self-care techniques
- Maintain accurate and complete patient records
- Adhere to infection control policies and protocols

Skills:
- Proficient in esthetic laser treatment, mammography, gastric lavage, ophthalmology, DME coding, basic life support, Cerner, and venipuncture
- Excellent clinical assessment skills
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of [location]
- Minimum of [number] years of experience in an ICU setting
- BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of ICU nursing principles and practices
