We're currently hiring in Pleasant Hill, Missouri to support a district in need of a Special Education Teacher for the current school year.
Special Education Teacher Contract Details:
- $39 - $42 an hour
- 2024-2025 School Year
- Hours per week: Full-time. 37.5 hours/week Monday-Friday
- Start Date: August 2024
- End Date: December 2024 with option to extend
- Location: In-person
- Details: Full-time special education teacher for high school math. Prefer Cross Categorical Special Education certification. The schedule is Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:00pm.
- Multicategorical, intellectual, learning, and/or emotional disability special education certifications will be accepted
Possible program/caseload info:
- Special education teacher needs in elementary, middle, high, and alternative schools throughout the district.
- Could be a combination of co-teach and pull-out services
- Could be low incidence/autism self-contained classroom
- Could be a behavior support specialist

- Missouri Special Education Teaching Certification
