Maxim Healthcare in Johnson City, TN is hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with Pediatric and/or Adult patients in their own homes.

Onboarding and Sign-on Bonuses Available

Day Shifts Available:

7:00AM - 7:00PM FT Rotation
7:00AM - 3:00PM Saturday/Sunday
9:00AM - 5:00PM Friday/Saturday
6:00AM - 6:00PM Friday, Saturday, Sunday
3:30PM - 10:00PM Friday's
9:00AM - 8:00PM Thursday, Friday, rotate Wed & Sat
8:00AM - 8:00PM Monday, rotate Thu/Sat
8:00AM - 4:00PM Saturday/Sunday

Night Shifts Available (sign-on bonus $1,000 eligible)

6:00PM - 6:00AM Friday, Saturday, Sunday
11:00PM - 7:00AM Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday
11:00PM - 7:00AM Saturday/Sunday
8:00PM - 8:00AM every other Saturday
6:30PM - 6:30AM FT Night Shift Rotation
8:00AM - 7:00PM Thursday/Friday
2:00PM - 11:00PM Monday/Wednesday/Friday

Responsibilities:

Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications:

Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
Current BLS card.
