Home Health: Registered Nurse - Start of Care (Full Time) - South Ft. Myers

If you are committed to making a positive impact on the lives of patients, possess excellent clinical skills, and thrive in a supportive and collaborative environment, then this is the perfect job for you Responsibilities: * Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in the comfort of patients' homes * Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans * Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and manage patients' overall physical and mental well-being * Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated and holistic care * Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatments, and preventive measures * Document and maintain accurate records of patients' progress and treatment plans Qualifications: * Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida * Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in home health or a related field * Strong clinical skills and ability to provide comprehensive care to patients of all ages * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and make sound clinical judgments * Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to patients' homes Benefits: * Competitive salary package * 401k retirement plan with employer match * Three weeks of paid time off (PTO) per year * Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans * Stipend for car and phone expenses * Opportunities for professional growth and advancement within the organization * Supportive and collaborative work environment At Millennium Home Care, we value our employees and believe that providing excellent benefits is essential to their well-being and job satisfaction.
