Minimum 1+ years nursing experience required.

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years
Certifications Required: BLS, Certified RNFA (will NOT accept CSFA, SFA, etc.)
Certifications Preferred: ACLS
Specialties Required: Heart transplant, cardiac background, vascular, thoracic, ortho, plastics, and DaVinci. Experience with total joints required.
Patient Age Group: Adults-Geriatrics
Call Requirements: Call is not mandatory but the unit may ask for help with coverage. Typically, one weekday call every week and one weekend every 5-6 weeks (variable).
Unit Systems: Pyxis, EPIC, SBAR
Scheduling:

Prescreen Shift Info: Day 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:00)
Block Scheduling: Not offered
Guaranteed Hours: 40

Holiday and RTO Restrictions:

No Holiday RTO Accepted
Maximum RTO: 7 days
FULL compliance required to start on time; if not compliant in time, the push back is 2 weeks due to bi-weekly orientation schedule.

First-Timers Accepted: No
Skills Required: Ortho, plastics, and DaVinci. Experience with total joints required. Epic experience required.
Special Requirements: Must be a certified RNFA with proficiency in ortho, plastics, and DaVinci. Must go through the BJC Privileging process to start on the unit.
Scrubs: Provided
Charting Systems: Pyxis, Epic, SBAR
