Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses or physicians, ensuring the comfort and well-being of patients in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Monitor patient vital signs and symptoms, reporting any changes to the healthcare team
- Assist in patient assessments and care planning
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and treatment plans
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment for patients

Qualifications:
- Completion of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse program
- Current LPN license in the state of practice
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Experience in discharge planning and infectious disease care
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and patient privacy practices
- Ability to ventilate patients and provide basic care in a PICU setting
- Strong understanding of gastric lavage procedures and infection control measures
- Prior experience working in an inpatient hospital setting
