Holyoke Medical Group are seeking a Physician for our walk-in clinic.

Position Highlights:
- Obtains appropriate patient history, performs physical evaluation, orders appropriate diagnostic tests and follows-up with interpretation, formulates assessment and initiates treatment plan with appropriate follow up appointments.
- Reviews incoming reports (e.g., lab, x-ray, EKG) signs, dates and follows up with patients in a timely manner.
- Ensures documentation is recorded in a complete, timely and orderly manner, utilizing template in the electronic medical record (Meditech)
- Shifts: Monday-Friday (8a-5p), Saturday (9a-2/3p), Advanced Practice Provider Support Onsite
- Patient Volume: 30-40 patients/day
- Highly competitive compensation package (including sign on, retention bonus, and relocation support) in addition to a robust benefit package.
- Up to $100,000 cash or student loan repayment with a commitment of 5 years
Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate of an accredited school of medicine; completion of a residency program in internal medicine/family medicine/emergency medicine at a U. S. Hospital
- Experience: Open to new graduating residents as well as experienced providers, providers with Urgent Care Experience (Preferred)
- License/Registration: (Current or Eligible to apply for) Mass. Board of Registration in Medicine, DEA License, CDS License, and ACLS certification.
- Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in internal medicine
- J-1 Visa Sponsorship Eligible providers are welcome to apply

Holyoke Medical Group is a physician group providing medical services, including Primary Care, Family Medicine, Pediatric Care, and Walk-In Care, to the residents of the Pioneer Valley. Holyoke Medical Group employs over 75 individuals, of which 17 are doctors and advanced practice providers, across six office locations in western Massachusetts. The Group provides over 50,000 patient care visits annually. This non-profit organization was established in the summer of 1993.
