*Responsibilities:*
* Perform routine maintenance and repairs on trucks and heavy equipment.
* Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
* Conduct inspections to identify necessary repairs and preventive maintenance tasks.
* Maintain accurate records of services and repairs.
* Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and quality service.
* Keep the shop area clean and organized.
* Operate various tools and equipment safely and effectively.

*Skills and Experience:*
* Servicing semi trucks
* Tires
* Fluid & filter changes
* Lighting
* Wide range of mechanical repairs on semi trucks and other equipment
* Semi trailer tarp repairs and replacement
* Semi trailer repairs including suspension and structural items

*Qualifications:*
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Proven experience as a mechanic or technician in truck and heavy equipment repair.
* Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical systems.
* Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical issues efficiently.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Must have an approved driver's license.

*Physical Requirements:*
* Ability to lift heavy parts and equipment.
* Comfortable working in various weather conditions.
* Capable of standing, bending, and kneeling for extended periods.
