Seven Healthcare is currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our long-term care facility team in Penn Yan, NY. As a CNA in our facility, you will play a vital role in providing essential care and support to our residents, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life.

*Key Responsibilities of the Certified Nursing Assistant:*
* Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and eating.
* Monitoring and recording vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration.
* Assisting residents with mobility and transfers, using proper lifting and transferring techniques.
* Providing emotional support and companionship to residents.
* Responding promptly to residents' needs and requests, ensuring their comfort and safety.
* Assisting with medication management, ensuring residents receive the correct medication at the scheduled time.
* Reporting any changes in residents' condition or concerns to the nursing team.
* Documenting accurate and detailed records of residents' care and progress.
* Following all healthcare regulations, protocols, and facility policies and procedures.
* Maintaining a clean and organized environment for residents, including their living spaces and common areas.
* Collaborating effectively with other healthcare professionals, including nurses and therapists, as part of a multidisciplinary care team.
* Participating in staff meetings, training programs, and educational sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

*Requirements of the* *Certified Nursing Assistant:*
* BLS Certification
* NYS License
* 1 + years of CNA LTC experience
