MT or compact LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) license required.

1 year of LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) experience required.

ASAP start for qualified LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse).

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in alignment with established nursing care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Assist with discharge planning and patient education
- Utilize electronic health record systems such as Epic for documentation
- Support patients in hospice care and those requiring Durable Medical Equipment (DME)
- Work in diverse medical specialties including internal medicine and aliment management

Job Types: Contract, Travel nursing

Pay: $46.50 per hour

Expected hours: 36 per week
