Location: Albemarle, NC,
Duration: 13 Weeks (Strong Possibility of Extension)
Guaranteed Hours- 36 Hours
Shift: 3X12 Weekly
Pay Range: $45-$52/hr. (Blended)

Job Responsibilities:

Collect relevant data about the healthcare consumer's health or situation.
Analyze assessment data to identify actual or potential diagnoses, problems, and issues.
Determine expected outcomes for an individualized plan based on the healthcare consumer's needs or the situation.
Create a plan with strategies to achieve expected and measurable outcomes.
Implement the plan, coordinate care delivery, and use strategies to promote health and maintain asafe environment.
Delegate care elements to appropriate healthcare workers according to legal or policy parameters.
Evaluate progress towards achieving goals and outcomes.
Practice in a manner consistent with principles of cultural diversity and inclusion.
Communicate effectively across all areas of practice.
Collaborate with the healthcare consumer and other stakeholders in nursing practice.
Demonstrate leadership in the professional practice setting and the nursing profession.
Pursue knowledge and competence that reflect current nursing practices and promote innovative thinking.
Integrate evidence and research findings into practice.
Contribute to quality nursing practice.
Assess one's own and others' nursing practice in relation to professional standards, statutes, rules, and regulations.
Use appropriate resources to plan, provide, and sustain evidence-based nursing services that are safe, effective, and financially responsible.
Practice in an environmentally safe and healthy manner.
Adhere to ethical principles in practice.
Promote shared governance and facility decision-making to improve clinical outcomes and advance research.
Engage in walking, standing, sitting, lifting, reaching, stooping, bending, pushing, and pulling.
Lift and support up to 35 pounds for handling patients, equipment, and supplies.
Speak English clearly and understandably.
Maintain intact senses of sight, hearing, smell, and touch.
Exhibit finger dexterity.
Apply critical thinking skills and maintain concentration.
Respond quickly to changes in patient and/or unit conditions .
