*Duties*
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Assist with physical examinations and patient assessments
- Monitor and record patient vital signs
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Provide education to patients and their families on health conditions and self-care techniques
- Perform diagnostic evaluations and assist in pain management strategies

*Skills*
- Experience in assisted living, primary care, acute care, or working with people with developmental disabilities
- Proficiency in conducting physical examinations and understanding physiology
- Knowledge of Cerner or similar electronic health record systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, such as a teaching hospital
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction
- Familiarity with diagnostic evaluation procedures
