Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Cathedral Health Care Center is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. As a CNA, you’ll play a vital role in enhancing the daily lives of our nursing home residents while being part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team committed to delivering exceptional care.

### Available Shifts

- Full-Time CNA Day Shift, 2p-10p Mon-Fri

- Full-Time CNA Night shift 6p-6a Mon, Tues, Wed

- PRN for All Shifts

### CNA Responsibilities

- Provide care for residents with various needs, including therapeutic, neuro and dementia, dialysis, IV therapy, infectious diseases, and wound care.

- Deliver nursing care in line with Resident Care Policies and Procedures, ensuring resident safety and well-being.

- Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene, following the established Care Plan.

- Ensure residents are out of bed according to the Care Plan.

- Collaborate with the Charge Nurse and the interdisciplinary team to support care initiatives.

- Interact with residents, families, and staff in a respectful and supportive manner.

- Perform additional duties as assigned to meet the Care Plan objectives.

### Qualifications

- High school diploma or GED preferred.

- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required, obtained through a state-approved training program.

- Must be 18 years or older.

- Ability to provide documentation of CNA certification upon application.
