Flexible Schedule 1:1 Patient Care Competitive Pay and Mileage Reimbursement
BAYADA Home Health Care is looking for a compassionate and dedicated per diem and/or weekends Registered Nurse (RN) to perform home health and senior living visits.

* Territory: this office cares for clients south of I-70 including but not limited to: Denver metro, Aurora, Littleton, Centennial, Parker, Castle Pines, Castle Rock.
* Must be available to attend orientation for one full week, Monday through Friday.
* Prior or current home health/visits experience required.
* Weekend rotation required for all RNs.

Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:

* Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient's needs
* Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories
* Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
* Monitor clients' conditions; reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager
* Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
* Perform client assessments as necessary
* Case management and coordination
* Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided, utilizing a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet

Qualifications for a Registered Nurse (RN):

* A current license as a Registered Nurse in Colorado.
* Prior or current home health/visits experience .
* Prior experience completing OASIS documentation.
* Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.

Additional Information:

* Pay - Weekly, Starting at $52 per productivity point, based on experience.
* Mileage reimbursement
