MLR is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our client's Emergency Room (ER) team. In this high-energy setting, you will be at the forefront of delivering life-saving care to patients facing urgent medical situations. Your ability to think quickly, utilize your clinical expertise, and remain composed under pressure will be crucial in influencing positive patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities for a Registered Nurse:

Provide exceptional, empathetic care to patients in the Emergency Room, efficiently assessing, planning, and executing nursing care plans.
Triage patients swiftly and accurately, prioritizing care based on the severity and urgency of their condition.
Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as directed, closely monitoring patient responses and adjusting care as necessary.
Maintain thorough and precise patient records, facilitating clear communication across the healthcare team.
Educate patients and their families on their medical conditions, treatment plans, and necessary follow-up care.

Qualifications:

Active RN license in the state of New Mexico is required.
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program is mandatory.
BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
Prior experience in an Emergency Room setting is preferred but not mandatory.
Excellent critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stress environment, ensuring top-quality patient care.
