RN Clinical Supervisor

The RN Clinical Supervisor responsibilities including, but not limited to the following: * Supervises department staff, including hiring, training, evaluating performance and competence, and conduction disciplinary/counseling sessions as needed.. * Works with Clinic Administrator in development of the 10 year plan and annual budget. * Assumes responsibility for the Clinic Administrator in the administrator absence. * Ensures compliance with all appropriate regulatory, accreditation, and professional standards for nursing (JCAHO, OSHA, HIPAA, etc.) * Responsible for patient safety and risk management for the clinic; identifies high risk situations and initiates the problem solving process. Reports to the Clinic Administrator and Director of Operations for INTEGRIS Physicians Services. This position may have additional or varied physical demand and/or respiratory fit test requirements. Please consult the Physical Demands Project SharePoint site or contact Risk Management/Employee Health for additional information. Potential for exposure to infections and communicable diseases, blood and body fluids, electrical equipment, chemicals. Must follow standard precautions. For ISMC only: Working collaboratively with Neurologist and other physicians to meet Stroke core measures and to ensure patients receive timely interventions and treatments.
* Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Oklahoma or current multistate license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) member state in good standing. * BLS Certification * 2 years experience as an RN. * Must be able to communicate in English effectively (Verbal/Written).
For ISMC only: DNV with a JCAHO Hold and must maintain a Nationally recognized Stroke Certification.
