* *Serve as the patient and family advocate, protecting privacy and confidentiality *
* *Facilitate patient care making nursing assessments and diagnosis *
* *Provide plan based care with a commitment to continuous improvement *
*Job Requirements: *
* *Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida or able to obtain licensure prior to start is required *
* *2 years’ of recent bedside nursing experience in an acute care hospital setting *
* *Current BLS required *
* *Current ACLS preferred, required within 6 months of hire *
* *BSN is preferred *
