Mercy Northwest Arkansas offers a 1-year nurse residency program which includes department-based orientation, classroom and Sim Lab. The core-content is centered on guiding and shaping you to be a professional nurse. Mercy understands that the transition from student to nurse can be a stressful process- we want to ensure that this transition is a supportive and encouraging one

Qualifications:

  • Required Education: Nursing Degree from an accredited school
  • License: Temporary RN AR license or a RN compact license
  • Certifications: Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association
