Job Summary: Our physical therapist owned, stand alone clinic in Scottsdale, Arizona, next to the Scottsdale Quarter, is seeking a passionate Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our team. As an Outpatient Physical Therapist, you will work with a diverse patient population, providing excellent one-on-one care to help patients achieve their physical goals. This is not a bank owned, multisite or chain operated clinic. It is supportive environment, with a team of dedicated professionals who are committed to providing the highest level of patient care. We aim to help therapists develop meaningful careers while maintaining work life balance. If you are tired of taking home notes every night, we might be your next move.

Responsibilities:

* Evaluate, diagnose and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with various conditions and injuries.
* Implement evidence-based treatment programs to improve patients' functional abilities, strength, and range of motion.
* Monitor and document patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and communicate with physicians and other healthcare professionals as necessary.
* Educate patients and their families on exercises and strategies to improve their condition, prevent further injury, and promote overall health and wellness.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and billing information.
* Collaborate with other physical therapists and healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care for patients.

Qualifications:

* Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
* Current and valid Arizona Physical Therapy license.
* CPR certification.
* New grads encouraged to apply.
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Excellent communication and documentation skills.
