- 36 patient facing hours / 4 hours of admin time
- Saturdays Q2 and Holidays- closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Day
- Team includes 2 physicians and 5 APPs
- One week of call per year
- Patient volume in office: 88 patients per week

Qualifications:
- ACNP, AGNP, FNP or PA certification required
- APP experienced required
