*What We Offer:*
* Competitive pay ranging from *$31 to $45/hr*, based on experience.
* *Weekend differentials* of $6.50/hr and *on-call pay* of $5.00/hr.
* *Sign-on bonus* of $10,000 (paid on the 2nd or 3rd check, with a 2-year commitment).
* *Relocation assistance* of up to $5,000.
* Work a flexible 4-day schedule with a day off during the week.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Perform MRI diagnostic procedures and ensure quality control in the MRI area.
* Demonstrate knowledge in all areas of MRI, including positioning, procedure preparation, and equipment usage.
* Responsible for proper utilization of the RIS system, including scheduling, patient tracking, and exam completion.
* Operate all MRI-related equipment, including monitoring devices and biopsy equipment (where applicable).
* Provide care to pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.
* Exhibit enthusiasm, assess situations, and make appropriate decisions regarding care.
*Qualifications:*
* Graduate of an accredited Radiology School.
* At least 1 year of experience in an acute care setting preferred.
* Previous experience in an outpatient MRI role is desirable.
*Licensure/Certification:*
* Must hold *one* of the following certifications within 6 months of hire:
* ARRT (MR) Certification OR
* ARMRIT Certification
* CPR certification required (or must obtain during orientation).
* *Preferred*: MRT Certification from the Texas Department of Health.
