Responsibilities include:
Search databases and physical archives for information and retrieval of data
Prepare printed reports
Quality check reports for accuracy and completeness throughout life cycle of order
Retrieve microfilm/microfiche data and create MS Excel reports
Organize, file, catalogue, store and monitor microfiche and electronic documents.
Requirements
Experience with Adobe Acrobat
Experience with Google Suite and Microsoft Office
Experience with databases
Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently
Must be detail-oriented and have the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
3 Month contract beginning September 9th
$22-$23/Hour
