*Responsibilities of the Nurse Practitioner:*
* Collaborate with the medical director and supervising physician to deliver exceptional primary care
* Deliver care appropriate for an out-patient, primary care community health center with a multicultural, multilingual patient population

*Qualifications of the Nurse Practitioner:*
* Completion of a Nurse Practitioner Program recognized by the Oregon Board of Nursing
* Relevant Master’s degree
* Current DEA certification
* Hold a current, unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the State of Oregon
* Hold valid, unencumbered Nurse Practitioner national certification issued American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) or National Certification Corporation (NCC), or an equivalent Medicare/Medicaid approved certifying body
* Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross

*Compensation and Schedule:*
* Compensation starts around $140K
