We are seeking a highly skilled Server with exceptional customer service abilities to join our team at Fin & Tonic. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess a strong knowledge of wine and food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Daily Payouts and Regular Paychecks: Enjoy daily payouts of TIPS and paychecks every Friday for your hard work.
  • Leadership Opportunities: Report directly to the General Manager and coordinate with FOH Staff and Kitchen Staff to deliver a 5-Star Experience to our guests.
  • Menu Knowledge: Maintain a working knowledge of menu items, ingredients, allergens, and other essential information to provide accurate assistance to our guests.
Requirements:
  • Friendly Service: Provide attentive and friendly service to all guests, including greeting and seating, anticipating and responding to dining needs.
  • Availability: Be available to work weekend shifts and adapt to changing schedules as needed.
  • Technical Skills: Possess a high level of proficiency in TOAST POS system, including taking customized orders, processing payments, and handling money.

Salary Range: $25,000 - $35,000 per year based on experience and qualifications.
