Responsibilities:
  • Perform transaction entry and analysis for receiving transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
  • Conduct inventory accuracy counts, verifications, and reconciliation analysis to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Audit and verify outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and adherence to shipping guidelines.
  • Enter and analyze data for shipping transactions, maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Specific Skills and Experience:
  • Extensive computer experience with a willingness to learn new programs.
  • Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
  • Minimum of 3 years of warehouse experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of data entry experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with Warehouse Management Systems.
  • Forklift experience is desirable.
