We are currently looking for an *RN or LPN *to work 1 on 1 with a patient in Flushing, Queens.

*Rate per hour: *LPN $35 */ *RN $45

*Shifts*: _Every other _Fri, Sat, Sun overnights 8 PM-8 AM

*Case Details*: 39 y.o. female patient, Quadriplegic, Vent, Trach, G-tube

*Onboarding Requirements:*
* NY RN or LPN License + Registration
* BLS
* Malpractice Insurance
* NPI #
* Physical and QuantiFERON within a year
* MMR Titers

*Skill Sets REQUIRED:*
* Trach/Vent experience
* G-Tube experience
* Good with Technology
* Great bedside manners
