The Collections Specialist is responsible for working with Producers, Account Managers and Managing Partner to secure financing on Agency Bill Accounts. Work with Clients to collect funds in a timely manner. Process electronic check payments and wire payments.


  • Work with Finance Companies – making sure forms are completed timely and accurately
  • Record wires, log finance agreements on Spreadsheet
  • File agreements in document management system
  • Record daily payments accurately in Agency Management System
  • Scan checks for deposit via the remote deposit process
  • Reconcile accounts as needed by Management, Co-workers or Clients
  • Print Monthly Installments for Agency
  • Work receivables weekly
  • Set up payment plans if applicable and get approval from Management
  • Keep account notes up to date on receivable file

  • Education: Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum Works independently. Has proficiency in office systems, Microsoft, outlook, etc. 2-5  years of related experience helpful but not required.
