What You'll Do:
  • Logistics Support:
  • Assist in the coordination and execution of logistics operations, including scheduling, reporting, and inventory tracking.
  • Support the Program Manager with administrative tasks to stay organized and meet key business priorities.
  • Develop and implement processes for safe and effective remote warehouse operations.
  • Track logistics-related documentation, ensuring data accuracy in management systems.
  • Generate inventory reports and investigate gaps to maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Support Lean initiatives and continuous improvement efforts for logistics processes.
  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Measure logistics performance based on KPIs and drive improvements to achieve strategic goals.
  • Champion continuous improvement activities across logistics operations.
What We're Looking For:
  • Education:
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or relevant field is a plus.
  • Experience:
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience, including scheduling and prioritizing work assignments.
  • Prior experience in logistics or supply chain, preferably in the structured cabling or construction industry.
  • Skills:
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of standard operating procedures and logistics processes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and take initiative.
  • Travel Requirements:
  • Travel as required to support logistics operations.

WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The standard work environment for this position is an indoors business office and construction environment. Ability to use a computer and/or hand tools while sitting or standing for extended periods of time. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk or hear, use hands, stoop, kneel, bend, rotate, push, pull, reach with hands and arms on intermittent to regular basis daily. The employee is frequently required to stand and walk. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. The employee must regularly carry and climb ladders to 20 feet. The employee may be required to work in tight, confided spaces. The employee must demonstrate regular and on-time attendance. There could be a requirement of occasional travel by conventional means including aircraft, motor vehicle and the like within the region and to other locations as required. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
