Hospice of Hope is a non-profit, community-based, rural hospice based in Maysville, Kentucky. We are dedicated to providing compassionate and quality end-of-life care to patients and their families residing within our service area. We strive to enhance the lives of those we serve during the final stages of their journey, with a focus on comfort, dignity, and respect.

Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Executive Director. The Executive Director will be responsible for the overall management and operations of Hospice of Hope. This includes overseeing staff, managing budgets, developing and implementing programs and policies, building relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The Executive Director will also be responsible for strategic planning and organizational growth. Deadline to apply is August 5th, 2024.

Requirements:

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Experience in the healthcare or hospice industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic plans
  • Financial management and budgeting skills
  • Proven track record of organizational growth and success
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field required
  • Master's degree in healthcare administration, business, public health or related field is preferred
  • Residence within Mason County, Kentucky or surrounding area required
